Christmas Tree Kit with Conductive Yarn Garland

Make your own tiny light up Christmas Tree and learn about Electric Circuits This kit gives practice with connecting electric circuits. You will build a cute tree you can display on your desk, or give as a gift!

Recommended for ages 8 and up.

No soldering necessary. The only tool needed is a pair of scissors. It uses conductive yarn as a decorative and functional electrical circuit to light an LED star at the top of the tree. A small-powered battery reduces risk of shock. The resistance of the conductive yarn, simplifies the circuit because we don't need to add a resistor.

There are several skills we will practice, which will help you a lot in future efforts for building things.
