This is a template for your lasercutter, so you can easily set up and engrave the anodized aluminmum Clip Knife you get at Walmart. This is made for the clip knife brand Ozark Trail. UPC 8-20909-06613-2. 4" aluminum handle.
Walmart sells these knives for $4. I sold them engraved for $10 at a farmers market. If you sell one knife the template will pay for itself.
The digital file is provided in this purchase. It includes
--an outline for making a jig (we used 1/4" plywood from Home Depot). --an outline that shows the engravable area of the knife so you can center your own artwork --a bonus sample art work with border and name.
We created and tested this template on an Epilog Mini 24, 40watt tube.
An Adobe Illustrator file is included, and also EPS, PDF and SVG format. The AI file has separate layers for the jig, outline, and artwork.
